Refund policy

When you register your student, we are saving that spot for your student and we do not leave an opening for someone else to come in.  Once you commit, there is no refund.  We do not offer trial periods or enrollment for only part of the semester.  

We are a small and growing school with wonderful, dedicated teachers. The teacher of the class you enrolled may be subject to change due to scheduling needs or health reasons.  A refund cannot be requested in this circumstance - as we ensure that your new teacher continues the lessons and curriculum as planned.

Please be assured that we will do our best to make sure your student's needs are met throughout the duration of class. By completing this purchase you are agreeing to the terms of our cancelation/refund policy.

Classes require a minimum of 4 students enrolled or will otherwise be canceled and you will be refunded the full amount you paid.

Additional policy for Private Lessons:

To ensure continuity so that you get the results you want from your lessons, all lessons must be utilized within a certain time frame after your chosen start date. For a 9 class package, the package must be used within 90 days of start date, 24 class package within 6 months, and 48 class package within 1 year.

We know sometimes things come up in life that necessitate changes in your class schedule. As your teacher sets aside his or her schedule to be available for your class day and time, and does preparatory work in advance of each of your lessons, we simply request that should you need to miss or reschedule a class that you give your teacher 24 hours advance notice, otherwise that lesson will be forfeited.
